Alice Temperley for Target

I found this top/short dress at the thrift store for .99 cents
Its an Alice Temperley for Target top.I looked thro her collection and could not find it anywhere.There is a maxi type halter dress with the same print but nothing else.
One of the reasons I like this top a lot is that its marked a size 3 and fits me perfectly!I am no where close to a size 3 but it makes me happy!
It had some ruching detail on the front but I could not get it to show in the picture.
